Mama Bird’s started with a simple goal: creating handcrafted ice cream that brings people together. Inspired by family traditions, time spent baking and creating with my girls, and a passion for making memorable desserts, what began as homemade ice cream shared with friends, neighbors, and coworkers soon grew into something special.
As word spread, Mama Bird’s expanded from Saturday farmers markets, local events, and ice cream carts into a community favorite known for its welcoming atmosphere, creative flavors, and unforgettable sweet treats.

The First Mama Bird’s Shop
Mama Bird’s became the first ice cream shop in Holly Springs. Built on a dream, my husband and I took a leap of faith and opened our very first location — creating a place where families and friends could make memories around ice cream just like we had with our daughters. Thanks to the incredible love and support of our community, Mama Bird’s has continued to grow ever since.
